We stand behind every HEATX Lab device. If you're not completely satisfied with your HNB device, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Devices must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
• Normal wear from initial use is acceptable for HNB devices.
• Consumables (disposable products, opened flavor pods) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
• Damage from misuse, abuse or unauthorized modification is not covered.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the product is defective.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@chillmist.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the product back with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Exchanges

Want a different model, color or flavor? Email us within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

• Battery manufacturing defects (capacity loss >30% during the warranty period)
• Defects in the electronic controller and charging port
• Device housing and structural integrity
• Defects in the charging cable and adapter

What Is Not Covered

• Consumables (disposable devices, flavor pods) — these are single-use items
• Damage from water submersion or exposure beyond the device's rating
• Damage from accidents, misuse, drops or unauthorized modifications

• Battery degradation from improper charging or storage
